Printed copies will be sent by sent by courier on receipt of your payment of Rs. 500, payable by demand draft, favoring Hill Grange Prep School.

The Registration Fee is payable along with the application form. It is adjustable against the first term fee if admission is granted.
The Caution Deposit is interest free and refundable when the child leaves the school or is withdrawn from the school, after adjusting the dues, if any.

NRI Parents are required to adhere to the laws of Foreign Exchange prevailing in India while making these payments.
The uniforms, regular wear and accessories will be procured by the school for the child and will be billed to the parents separately.
All bed linen will be provided by the school at no extra charge.
The cost of Travel that the school may incur on behalf of the child while traveling home shall be billed separately at actuals.
Personal consumables indented by the child like toiletries, tucks, basic stationary (pens, pencils etc) shall be billed separately at actuals.
Payments are accepted only by cheques or demand drafts and must be made in favour of "Hill Grange Prep School" payable at Dehra Dun.
